HISTORIC INFILL

Early Conceptual Study

A historic building on a historic corner is in need of a reimagined program to restore it to it's former glory.  The opportunity that was studied was to create an indoor market space with several diverse tenants varying in both size and service.  This creates an interior that is both dynamic and fixed with a mix of larger anchor tenants and smaller, pop up retail tenants.

The indoor market sits below a larger conference and events venue with access from the main street with flex space above.

A central outdoor space provides a visual destination point for both programs.
